We are looking for a passionate and hands-on

HR SPECIALIST

to drive our recruitment activity and oversee all stages of the employee lifecycle. If you have a keen eye for talent, a deep understanding
of employee engagement, and a love for  fashion retail, this role is for you!

This role focuses on recruitment and day-to-day operational HR functions, supporting our managers both at our HQ and
in our 65 retail stores across Hungary
for CALZEDONIA, INTIMISSIMI, INTIMISSIMI UOMO, TEZENIS, and FALCONERI.

We are looking for someone with solid retail recruitment experience, capable of managing priorities,
working autonomously, and providing regular reporting to ensure efficiency and transparency.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and attract top talent
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and continuously improve the selection process
  • Develop employer branding strategies to position Oniverse as an employer of choice
Onboarding & Integration
  • Design and execute a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Ensure seamless integration into the company culture and retail operations
Employee Development & Engagement
  • Work closely with our trainers to deliver high-quality development programs
  • Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, fostering an open and supportive workplace
Performance & Talent Management
  • Support performance management processes in our stores, including feedback and career development plans
  • Manage and nurture our talent pool, ensuring growth opportunities for our employees
HR Analytics
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track HR KPIs
  • Analyze key metrics and identify areas for improvement in HR functions

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee lifecycle management
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in fashion retail or a fast-paced retail environment is a plus
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills in Hungarian and English
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and digital recruitment platforms (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors)
  • Mindset: An ambitious, driven, and flexible professional with a can-do attitude, who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a strong interest in fashion
